Experienced Facilities Administrator required. A vacancy has arisen for an Office Administrator based at our clients Heathrow office. The role will entail the processing of: Purchase*Sub-contract orders• Invoicing* Sub-contract payments•Time sheet* Holiday* Training co-ordinating• Direct liaison with other Managers, site staff and Sub-contractors• Maintaining the filing system. Opening and distributing daily post• Data Entries* Reports• Photocopying & general office duties.
The ideal candidate will need a flexible and proactive approach to all duties and be capable of dealing directly with the client, they will need to work with minimum supervision and be self motivated, applicants will need to be computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel.
